This absoloute show stopper is a modern and quirky couture fascinator bandeau headband featuring a hand-blocked and stitched buckram base covered in an emerald green textured boucle fabric topped with a huge fether rose in and ombre effect. The rose fades from blush pink to vibrant fuchsia and magenta and is 12cm in diameter and is mounted on a sage green ostrich spine paired with a smaller magenta rose bud and emerald green leaves. The ostrich spine stem has been artfully curled to create beautiful lines from every angle. This piece can be placed off-set on the head to the right or placed centrally for different looks.
Lined internally with a beautiful tweed in ivory, pink, mint green and a hint of black. Secures with a hat elastic and velvet ribbon trim for a comfortable, non-slip fit.
Perfect for weddings and Ladies Day at the races. The base is 8cm at its widest point and 32 cm in length. This piece has a height of approximately 15 cm from the crown.
This couture piece has been lovingly hand-sewn from scratch by me in my studio in Berkshire.
