Delivery
All in stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days - unless otherwise noted as made to order. Made-to-order items will have estimated dispatch times clearly listed on the product page- if you are unsure of delivery times or would like to request a rush order please contact us before placing the order by emailing helen@floraandthefox.com
Dispatch and delivery times may be extended during certain times of the year, but this will be noted on our homepage.
Delivery times UK
Delivery estimates vary depending on the service you select at checkout.
We offer upgrade options for faster delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Next Working day service is provided through Royal Mail Special Delivery and cannot be delivered without a signature. Please consider this when providing a delivery address. This service offers a delivery guarantee and the shipping costs will be refunded if they fail to meet the delivery time.
Next working day orders must be placed before 11 AM Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. This service may be unavailable during holiday closures which will be clearly announced on the homepage.
We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to the late delivery of orders.
Delivery times for international orders
International delivery times will vary and are outside of our control most orders arrive within 2 weeks but some may take up to 4 weeks. Delivery times can be impacted by severe weather, carrier issues and customs wait times.
During the festive period, international delivery times may extend to up to 6 weeks.
International delivery times can not be guaranteed.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Delivery charges and return costs for parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds.
For US customers, tariffs are calculated and charged at checkout and will be paid in advance through the shipping company's Delivery Duty Paid service and no further charges should apply on arrival however this is not a guarantee.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not apply to custom, bespoke or altered items which are not eligible for return unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and international delivery fees and upgraded delivery fees are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Delivery and return delivery fees incurred by international orders returned due to refused customs fees or failure to arrange re-delivery are non-refundable.
International returns will require a customs form we will advise you on how to fill this in but any customs fees incurred due to incorrectly filled out forms will be deducted from the refund.
Items that have been damaged due to improper packaging on return may be subject to a fee to repair or the refund refused. We will advise on appropriate packing once the return is accepted but items should be repackaged in the same manner they were sent out including all internal and protective packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been altered to your specifications, including custom and bespoke products are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
