A hand-blocked royal blue sinamay base has been covered with hand-cut cobalt blue feathers that flow across the crown, ending in a beautiful point above the eye. These feathers create beautiful shadows, texture and depth. Finished internally with petersham ribbon and fitted with a hat elastic, sits on the right side of the head.
