Custom and personalised orders

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, I do! Please contact me and we can discuss options and quotes. Although I am currently not taking custom orders for flower crowns or flower hair clips.

Can I return or exchange a custom item?
No, sales on custom or altered items are final and can not be returned or exchanged

What information is needed for a custom order?
Most importantly please let me know the date you need the item by and the country it would be delivered to. Then any ideas about the design you have i.e colour, size, shape. Are there any of my items you would like the design based on / inspired by? Reference images are useful, especially colour swatches.
Alternatively, if you are unsure we can discuss the options.

This is another lovely piece. Unfortunately a number of the petals are crushed/folded and I don’t think this happened in shipping as I ordered several floral clips and the rest seemed okay. It makes it look a little old, and I can see the felt and clip beneath, but it’s still pretty.

I'm really enjoying wearing these. They are very pretty and the colour is beautiful.


I do love it. I just thought it might have been two. They are not cheap for just one. But, I still love it! Thank you!
