Feather headpiece featuring a pair of magnificent off-white wings preserved and dried in an open position. These wings have a beautiful and subtle tinge of greyish blue giving them a lovely depth of colour.

These wings have been carefully positioned to create a beautiful butterfly shape that perches on the side of the head.
The wings are attached to a metal headband wrapped in ivory satin ribbon for a secure stylish fit.
The open wings measure approximately 25cm in length and 30cm tip to tip.

Delicately crafted with an abundance of carefully selected and placed feathers with great attention to details, makes this a unique and high-quality item. The feathers for this piece come from domesticated parrots that have died of natural causes.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, I do! Please contact me and we can discuss options and quotes. Although I am currently not taking custom orders for flower crowns or flower hair clips.
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
No, sales on custom or altered items are final and can not be returned or exchanged
What information is needed for a custom order?
Most importantly please let me know the date you need the item by and the country it would be delivered to. Then any ideas about the design you have i.e colour, size, shape. Are there any of my items you would like the design based on / inspired by? Reference images are useful, especially colour swatches.
