Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, I do! Please contact me and we can discuss options and quotes. Although I am currently not taking custom orders for flower crowns or flower hair clips.
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
No, sales on custom or altered items are final and can not be returned or exchanged
What information is needed for a custom order?
Most importantly please let me know the date you need the item by and the country it would be delivered to. Then any ideas about the design you have i.e colour, size, shape. Are there any of my items you would like the design based on / inspired by? Reference images are useful, especially colour swatches.
